We cannot accomplish this mission without you. Help us, help us help you . Tell everyone you know about Her Voice. Be involved in Her Voice. Make Her Voice YOUR voice.
Listen to the show. Let us know what you think?. We can't grow and get better in our mission unless we know how we are affecting you and what we can do better.
Make his Azz Pay?

Her Voice Podcast
Give it a listen! Ok so is it really about the kidz?
August 01, 2006 02:12PM
MmmmmmmmmmmmHmmmmmm, yeah right. About the kids? Maybe it is and maybe it isn't. Why has there come a time when the words "family" and "court" fit together in the same sentence? If a man is taking care of his child is there a need for the courts to be involved in the situation? If a man has custody of his children, should the mother be paying child support? Is there a double standard in the courts between men and women when it comes to the subject of child support and if so, then are the courts really interested in the welfare of the child? What's really going on? Listen to Shanda, Dee, Renee, and special guest "Riskie" from Da Inkwell discuss the huge issue of child support in our community. CAUTION: If you can't handle the truth, you probably wanna have a lil me time before you listen to this one *smile*

“Cuz I’m a pimp…” “Pimps up hoes down…” and all of those other things that praise this whole pimp thing that we at Her Voice struggle to understand. From the Playaz ball granting awards to pimp of the year to Bishop Don Juan, pimp turned preacher, we really can’t understand what mentality it takes to make a woman not only stand on the corner to sell her body but let a man reap the benefits of her blood sweat and tears. Tune in as Dee, Shanda, and Renee weigh in on two heavy topics: Pimpizm and Female Self esteem.
